A Nurse Legacy Reviews

Convenient at-home process with kit delivery, mail-in sample collection, and no clinic visit needed.

Fast turnaround for results, with Legacy stating results can arrive in 2 business days.

More affordable than some clinic-based options, especially for initial testing and freezing.

Clinical-grade lab handling in FDA-registered, CLIA-certified labs, with testing performed in a regulated setting.

Generally strong customer ratings in available reviews, including high ratings on Google and positive user feedback about ease of use and support.

Can be expensive overall, especially for long-term storage; Forbes notes lifetime cryostorage at $3,995.

Weekend collection is not recommended because the lab is not open Friday through Sunday.

Insurance coverage may be limited, and may not cover more than one year of cryostorage depending on the plan.

Some users report UX or purchasing issues, including a “terrible UX when purchasing” in one review.

At-home testing is not a substitute for a full fertility workup if a clinician needs broader evaluation; Legacy’s own materials emphasize sperm testing/freezing rather than general medical fertility care.
